Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007. He started in 2007. Additionally, he is Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne's wife Leslie has three kids.
